WW2 T E BALDON Black Out Candle Lantern- Lamp Army Siege Aiming Antique

Truthfully I don't know much about this lamp. I've been told it's a WW2 blackout lamp.

Also told it is a WW1 Siege/Aiming lamp used by artillery units. It's missing the flip down slit lens.
