Vtg Nautical Salvage Channel Marker Lantern Maritime Red Signal Beacon WORKS! Overall nice condition for its age.

Globe is red glass has a few chips and small "chunks" missing. It is marked "CORNING" in a few spots.

Metal casing is non-magnetic but lightweight so I'm thinking maybe cast aluminum. Lantern is electrified as you can see in the first two photos. Note that the original black cord has been spliced with a brown cord.

I have left it plugged in for a few hours and didn't have any issues. You can decide if you want to rewire it or not. Was found in the estate of a former military salvage diver from the Boston, MA.
