Vintage R ABORD Nautical Ship Lantern 21H withhandle

It is very hard to read the label and to the best of my knowledge it is marked'R ABORD', but not positive. Age and country of origin unknown.

There is a dent to the front rim of the lantern. From the outside the glass looks clear and from the inside the glass is red.
