RARE Excellent Condition Coleman Sunshine Of the night model 237 generator 237-299 single mantle lantern. 237 model lanterns are at the top of their league when it comes to Coleman's largest, brightest and best built lanterns.

They are rated at 500+ candlepower and equivalent in output to 400W of incandescent lighting. Very little rust to steel bottom of tank, and i do not believe any pinholes.

Nickel plating is in great condition, minimal spotting, pitting or damage at all. Original collar stating 237 Generator 237-299. No date that I could find, I believe most undated models come from the 50s, but not 100%.

Original Pyrex Coleman Sunshine globe, with convex instead of straight sides. The dark green hat has very minimal damage and/or rust! Definitely one of the nicest Ive seen.
