Rare Antique 1880 Hitchcock Wind Up Kerosene Lamp Lantern parts Repair Restore

This is a rare antique 1880 Robi Hitchcock Wind Up Kerosene Lamp Lantern. The appearance is not in great condition but I think it could be restored or used for parts. I can feel it try to wind on the bottom, but i dont want to keep trying incase it still can be repaired or restored. It says Hitchcock on the wick dial. It stands 13 1/2 inches.

It has a little crack on the rim of the top on the bowl part. These are very hard to find so I hope it can be restore or the parts will come in handy to use. This is for parts or repair only, I cannot guarantee it will or will not function. Please feel to ask questions!
