Rare antique vintage Bulpitt & Sons, Birmingham England, maritime nautical brass hanging lantern from about 1880 to early 1900s. There's a heavy hinge on one side of the hood with a locking latch on the other side and a knob on top for hanging. Top opens up to reveal metal cone wick holder.
Top is brass, metal & white porcelain (can be washed but I left it for the patina). Bottom of top by right lamp arm has key & key holder attached to original chain to move wick up/down. Measures approx 14" tall by 10" at it's widest.
Wick wheel adjuster is in perfect order just needs wick. Brass fuel reservoir does not leak.
