Britelyt Rapid 500CP Lantern Kerosene Multi Fuel Polished Chrome Plated Unused

Preowned vintage Britelyt 500CP kerosene multi fuel camp lantern polished chrome. Burner was never lit and is free of any signs of combustion. Lantern has had fuel in tank at some point in the past - is now empty. Lampshade has a spot of rust and other tiny spots, possibly removable with polishing - see photos.

Lantern base has some areas needing polishing also - see photos. Lantern cap has crack in metal rolled edge - see photo. Possibly may be missing a heat shield - may not have originally had one. Lantern with reflector shade installed stands 16.5" high (not including bail) x 14" wide. Generates up to 500 watts of light.
