Antique Vintage Electric Battery Powered Miners Safety Lamp Lantern Light

One partially restored mining lamp in non working condition. No identifying markings, lamp appears similar to some english lanterns. Top and bottom appear to be from different lanterns due to having different number plates. At some point a previous owner removed the majority of the rust but did not go any further in restoring the item. Lens is intact with no cracks.

Top has some sort of button or screw that appears to be for turning lantern on and off but it does not move. Has rust, dents, and other cosmetic damage throughout. Lock ring for lens is in place, bulb is missing from socket. Lock ring for battery is in place, battery is stuck in bottom housing due to dent in housing.
