Brass With Blue Glass Shade. 11 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 4 1/2. This is an amazing find!

The bright glare is an unavoidable lighting artifact and not part of the item. There is wear and damage but it is minimal. Pay close attention to the glass. I do not know what that is on the shade.
