Antique Police Dietz Christmas Tree Bullseye Flashlight Oil Lantern

I received 2 of these from an estate. It's about 8" tall and 6 1/2" wide. It does open up and has an additional part that comes out. It is very rusted and dusty from storage, please check photos carefully.
