The D-Lite model was first patented on 2-1-1898, and this particular lantern was manufactured in January 1921 probably at the main factory in New York. ANTIQUE DIETZ D-LITE OIL/KEROSENE LANTERN. A very well preserved example of a hard to find early twentieth century kerosene lantern by one of the world's premier makers of lanterns!
