Antique Folding Candle Lamp Lantern Civil War Era Minors Patent Tin

Pretty neat really old lantern. Im pretty sure it says patent on the back. And pretty sure it's a minor patent.

But I'm not an expert by any means. I'm afraid to unfold it. It's in used condition. It has wear, scratches, scuffs, and paint loss. And scratches on the windows.

And there's a random loose metal plate with it. But pretty amazing this has survived at all. Neat piece of lantern history. Pleas see photos for condition.
