VINTAGE 50s White Sheer Chiffon Nightgown and Robe Peignoir Set Lantern Sleeves
I've been in the vintage clothing business for over 20 years and this is one of the few pieces that truly takes my breath away, It is Exquisite Vintage Perfection! Vintage 1950's, "Rogers" Peignoir set in bright white with light pink, green, and taupe 3-dimensional rose vine embroidery.
The nightgown has a solid white nylon underlay with a sheer white chiffon overlay. It features double spaghetti straps, ruched sweetheart cups, fitted waist, and the most incredible double hip flounced sweep. It is floor length with a full, flowing sweep!The matching robe has an open front, it is fully sheer white nylon chiffon with the rose vine embroidery and it has the most amazing giant lantern sleeves they poof out, even more, when your arm is in it! This boudoir set has all the little details that make it a truly special piece. It would be perfect for wedding night lingerie!
