Vintage / Antique Old Marine Navigation Lamp / Ships Maritime Lantern Rare

Old lantern that has been repurposed into a lamp. But the lamp has no wiring going to it so it does not work. Date seems to say 1961. One of the top screws seems to be stripped. Has sticky residue on it.
